A shocking video shows a delivery man flinging packages from the truck into a residential street in Lincolnshire.
Stunned inhabitant John Firth, 45, who claims the delivery driver worked for Hermes, says he can not "believe" what he saw in his front room last Saturday (January 12).
The delivery man seems to pump bags and packages out of the truck and leave them scattered in a heap in the middle of the road.
Later in the clip, it shows how the culprit collects some packages before approaching a house in Sleaford.
The poultry worker added, "I was sitting in the front room and we saw how it happened.
"I could not believe it.
"I used to work for a courier and saw some things that were thrown, but nothing like that.
"He just threw the packages out of the truck – it's shocking.
"If it were my package, it would have gone straight back."
John claims that the parcels were delivered to another courier home.
He adds, "He now has to explain to every customer why things may be damaged or damaged when he delivers.
"He said the delivery man threw the stuff in front of his house and apparently was a bit abusive."
A spokesman for Hermes said, "The behavior of this employee is clearly unacceptable and does not meet our high standards.
"We have launched a comprehensive investigation and will speak with the data subject and we can assure our customers that delivering their parcels safely is a top priority."
