US Attorney General William Barr appealed to the British government with a request to help collect incriminating evidence on American intelligence services. It is reported by Independent.
Barr is now studying the circumstances that led to the investigation of attempts to interfere in the US presidential election in 2016, which are attributed to Russia.
According to the source of the publication, in fact, the United States is asking for help "to denigrate their own special services."
With a similar request, Barr turned to the governments of several other countries. In particular, for this purpose, Washington tried to involve Australia and Italy.
