For a very long time, the two most valuable gaming companies from Europe wrestled again and again for the throne, the most valuable company and, which is why an arms race has almost broken out between the two studios Ubisoft and CD Projekt. While Ubisoft has always been more for me negatively affected is, as a fan of the studio you can currently place very high hopes in the company, which is based in Montreuil. According to this, a Star Wars game in open world style is to appear as part of this cooperation, which should also shine with a great story.

Usually we know Star Wars titles mainly from Electronic Arts, but it seems that a contract between Disney and Electronic Arts has not been renewed. The contract ends in 2023, which is why, in my opinion, there should be no great expectations for the release of the Ubisoft title beforehand. Both companies have great ambitions, which is why Ubisoft will need a lot of time to develop – as Yves Guillemot, CEO of Ubisoft puts it – “a game that we know Star Wars fans will love.”

I am very curious to see whether these movie games can inspire the masses, since such licensing deals are always seen in a very negative light.
