UK: Molotov cocktails against police in Northern Ireland over post-Brexit tensions

Another night of unrest rocked Northern Ireland on Monday, amid mounting post-Brexit tensions, as these images from Carrickfergus show.

Protesters threw gasoline bombs and bricks at the police, and erected burning barricades to block roads.

Similar protests took place over the weekend amid growing anger over post-Brexit trade deals, which impose customs and border controls on some goods moving between Northern Ireland and the rest of the UK.
