We.Developers 050 – Apple Silicon

Although we were finally unable to record the post-WWDC episode, in this episode we spoke with Ramon Medrano from one of Apple’s main announcements at that conference, the launch of its own processors for Macs. Known as Apple Silicon, we analyzed in detail the first representative of this new family of processors, the M1. Despite being a chip geared towards low-end Macs, its performance and efficiency seem to be far above what we all expected, and we can’t help but wonder what we can expect from the future processors that the more powerful Macs will mount.
