If reports are believed to be made, Chelsea may be close to completing the second transfer before the summer window, before it even opened.
The Blues moved quickly to secure the services of the Ajax wing Hakim Ziyech who will arrive at Stamford Bridge at the end of the season after signing a £ 33.6 million deal with the Dutch side.
The latest reports suggest that Ziyech could be joined in Chelsea by Brazilian central defender Gabriel Magalhaes, with the Blues claiming to have detached Everton’s interest in the defender.
According to the French journalist Manu Lujon an agreement that will see Magalhaes join Chelsea is “almost complete”, although Toffe remains interested in the Llle player.

It is not the first time that the 22-year-old has been linked with a move to the Premier League with Arsenal who has reported seeing several “solid offers” for the defender refused during the January window.
Arsenal was expected to renew its interest in the summer, and when asked about its interest in February, Magalhaes didn’t give much.
“Maybe I don’t know,” he said to Telefoot when asked if he could move to the Emirates stadium in the future.
Although he was more open about moving to England in general.
“But I’d like to play in the Premier League,” he added.
Magalhaes is said to cost £ 30 million in the region to reward him away from Lille.
The defender has played 24 league games for the French club so far this season.
