HA new study suggests that pregnancy problems are more common in people over 5 feet 7 inches, with the risk increasing every inch.

American scientists have found that height is linked to an increased risk of atrial fibrillation, an irregular and often rapid heartbeat that can lead to stroke and heart failure.

The researchers studied more than 600,000 people involved in the Penn Medicine Biobank, of whom 65,446 (12.5%) had atrial fibrillation.

And they found that the risk of climbing as the height increased, each increase of one inch translating into an increase of about 3% after 5 feet 7 inches.
