Winter storm and very strong winds in Northern California – NBC Fresno

FRESNO, California – A new winter storm is approaching northern and central California and this time, it is coming with more force than the one that hit the region a few weeks ago.

The storm, which will bring winter temperatures, will hit much of the Central Valley and affect Fresno, Madera and Mariposa counties from 4:00 pm Tuesday through Wednesday 4:00 pm

The National Weather Service issued one-day flash flood alerts for several Central Valley counties, where the storm has the potential to trigger periods of heavy rain.
