Last Tuesday night (10/6) I made a payment for a wow subscription, the balance was deducted from the card but in the game the account appears as inactive (as if the subscription was not paid)
Upon contacting Blizzard they told me:
It appears that your bank or payment method is denying the transaction. If the charge already appears in the bank but you do not have the product, it is because it is an authorization or retention charge. If you see a charge on your card statement and you haven’t received the product, this generally means that the payment hasn’t been made yet and the account shows the pre-authorization hold. Prior authorization holds are a common banking practice.
They did not receive the funds, therefore they cannot return them. Ualá can you approve the transaction or something, or do you have to pay me back? Thank you.
