Xiaomi will launch Redmi Watch, Redmi Note 10S in India on May 13 – EzAnime.net

Redmi launched its first smartwatch, Redmi Watch, in China in November last year.

In the immediate aftermath of the launch of the Mi 11 Ultra, the Mi 11X series, and the Mi QLED 75-inch smart TV, Xiaomi is preparing to launch two new products in India on May 13, this time under its affordable Redmi banner. While one of them is a smartphone called the Redmi Note 10S, the other will see Redmi venture into a whole new category, also known as smartwatches, with the Redmi Watch.

Redmi launched its first smartwatch, Redmi Watch, in China in November last year. The same smartwatch was later rebranded as the Mi Watch Lite for select international markets. Since Redmi has only one smartwatch in its portfolio, there are no points to guess, Redmi Watch is the product that will launch in India on May 13 unless Xiaomi flips a switch or something and releases something completely different.

Like clockwork, Xiaomi has started making fun of the product on social media. It is also sending out invitations to the media for the virtual launch event. And although it hasn’t explicitly named the product so far, a silhouette of the product with its shared square dial clears many doubts. Xiaomi has also confirmed that the product belongs to the category of wearable devices, so it also puts things in a better perspective. If that wasn’t enough, Xiaomi has also set up a dedicated landing page for the product that leaves little to the imagination.

According to the page, the Redmi Watch will come with more than 200 watch faces, 11 sports modes, and a wealth of fitness insights, including sleep monitoring, heart rate monitoring, and guided breathing.

The Redmi Watch is currently being sold in China for just under 3,500 rupees and the price from India is expected to be in very similar lines as most Xiaomi products.

Xiaomi’s Mi brand already sells a smartwatch, Mi Watch Revolve, in India. This will be the first time that Redmi will also launch one.

Along with the Redmi Watch, Xiaomi will also launch the Redmi Note 10S in India on May 13. The Redmi Note 10S will join the Redmi Note 10, Redmi Note 10 Pro and Redmi Note 10 Pro Max. It is expected to sit below, or around the Redmi Note 10, which only received a price increase of Rs 500 in the country.

Like the Redmi Watch, the Redmi Note 10S is also available in select markets, so we already have an idea of what to expect. Globally, the Redmi Note 10S comes with a 6.43-inch 1080p AMOLED display, MediaTek Helio G95 SoC with up to 8GB of RAM and 128GB of storage, quad rear cameras consisting of 64MP main, 8MP ultra-wide, and two 2MP cameras. , one for macros and one for portraits. The phone has a 13MP front camera and a 5,000mAh battery with 33W fast charging.
