H&H marks topping-out milestone at Dubai Harbour Residences
H&H, Shamal, and Khansaheb Civil Engineering have marked the structural completion of Building C at Dubai Harbour Residences. Construction on Buildings A and B is expected to reach the same milestone over the next quarter.
H&H, Shamal, and Khansaheb Civil Engineering gathered early this week to mark the structural completion of Building C at Dubai Harbour Residences. The ceremony featured the symbolic final placement of concrete by project stakeholders, commemorative photography, recognition awards for the project teams, and speeches acknowledging the work completed to date.
Miltos Bosinis, Chief Executive Officer of H&H, said the topping-out represents a defining milestone in the project's delivery and reflects the collaboration between H&H, Shamal, Khansaheb, and wider project partners. According to Bosinis, every milestone brings the team closer to a residential destination conceived around quality, craftsmanship, and a waterfront lifestyle. He stated that the firm remains committed to setting a new benchmark for luxury beachfront living in Dubai.
"This marks another important milestone for Dubai Harbour Residences and reflects the excellent progress being made by H&H, Khansaheb and the wider project team. At Shamal, we invest in exceptional projects that shape Dubai's future, and Dubai Harbour Residences is a strong reflection of that vision, offering an exclusive beachfront lifestyle within Dubai Harbour. With the opening of the new Dubai Harbour bridge set to transform connectivity to the district, we believe Dubai Harbour Residences is well positioned to become one of Dubai's most desirable residential addresses."

Dubai Harbour Residences is a low-rise residential development within Dubai Harbour designed by architectural practice Nikken Sekkei. The development includes an exclusive collection of apartments featuring sea and skyline views, outdoor living spaces, and curated amenities. This project is part of a long-term vision for the Dubai Harbour district, located between Palm Jumeirah and Bluewater, which provides access to marinas, hospitality, retail, and leisure facilities.
The topping-out of Building C follows earlier project achievements, including the completion of foundation works, beachfront formation, and the appointment of Khansaheb Civil Engineering as the main works contractor under a contract valued at more than AED 1 billion. With Building C now topped out, construction focus shifts to Buildings A and B, both of which are expected to reach the topping-out stage over the course of the next quarter.
H&H operates as a Dubai-based developer and asset manager. Since 2007, the firm has focused on design and quality standards. Shamal, a diversified investment firm, holds a portfolio that includes master-planned communities, districts, residences, retail destinations, and commercial spaces. Khansaheb, which has operated since 1935, provides construction and facilities management services in the UAE.
