Had an awesome time at Boom Battle Bar in Southampton, especially trying axe throwing as an absolute beginner. The guy supervising the game was brilliant — he clearly explained all the rules, shared essential tips, and was patient and kind enough to explain things multiple times until everyone was comfortable. Had a fantastic evening here in a group of 4 playing shuffle board, virtual darts, drinking cocktails and having a bite to eat. The games are really fun although the time does go very fast! We especially enjoyed the darts much more than we thought as there are some great game options. It was to commend the customer service I received from Katie Guest Services Team Leader. I had people in my group cancel making the booking too large. Katie was incredibly helpful and offered me several alternatives as a no refund policy is in place. Very happily I have a smaller group booking and a gift voucher of the extra moneys to use within three months. Very happy 😁

We’ll have to come back ☺️ We played shuffleboard for the first time and the rules were explained to us by one of the staff. We loved it! We also played some augmented darts which gave you lots of different game options with 3 difficulty levels available, depending on your skill. Perfect for a fun date night or a friend hang out!
